The project is articulated through two independent volumes arranged in an “L” configuration, creating a central garden that becomes the heart of the residence. This green space functions as a natural lung, ensuring abundant daylight and promoting cross ventilation while establishing a continuous connection with the outdoors. At the same time, the central courtyard acts as an organizing element, structuring circulation and strengthening the relationship between interior and exterior spaces in a harmonious and functional way.
