The residence is conceived as a contemporary beach house, defined by clean architectural lines, lightweight volumes, and a strong connection to the natural surroundings. The design emphasizes both visual and functional integration with the landscape, creating bright, open spaces in constant dialogue with the outdoors. The project is organized on a single level, with a clear and balanced volumetric composition. It is structured around two symmetrical lateral wings connected by a central volume highlighted by a prominent roof overhang. This feature not only gives identity and character to the main façade, but also provides solar protection and creates an intermediate space that articulates the transition between interior and exterior.
