concept
This single-family residence was conceived under a contemporary architectural approach, prioritizing integration with the natural landscape of El Quijote, Punta del Este, Uruguay. Developed on a single level, the project presents a balanced functional organization between social and private areas. The main living area combines the living room, dining room, and integrated kitchen into a spacious and bright environment designed to encourage social interaction and a permanent connection with the outdoors. Large openings create a seamless relationship with galleries and exterior expansions, enhancing views, natural lighting, and cross ventilation. The private sector includes independently distributed bedrooms that ensure privacy and comfort. The master suite features a private bathroom and storage areas, while the secondary bedrooms complement the overall functionality of the home. Overall, the project proposes a comfortable, functional residence deeply connected to its surroundings, designed to embrace the relaxed lifestyle characteristic of Uruguay’s coastline.
