concept
The residence is conceived as a light and contemporary beach house, seamlessly integrated into the natural setting of Playa Brava. Its elevated design responds to the site's topography, enhancing views while optimizing the lower level as a functional service area. The project prioritizes natural light, ventilation, and a fluid relationship between interior and exterior spaces, reinforced by a generous perimeter deck that surrounds the main floor and extends the social areas outdoors. The floor plan is organized in an H-shaped configuration, providing a balanced and functional layout. It includes three en-suite bedrooms, a semi-integrated kitchen, and a spacious living-dining area designed to encourage circulation, privacy, and visual continuity throughout the house. The overall design seeks to convey warmth, modernity, and harmony with the natural environment. Elevated volumes, noble materials, and open spaces create a comfortable and functional home that blends naturally into the coastal landscape.
