concept
The project is organized around three independent volumes arranged in a “C” configuration, following the geometry of the site and creating a central garden. This green space functions as the heart of the home: a natural lung that provides daylight, cross ventilation, and a constant connection to the outdoors, while also organizing circulation toward the different areas of the house. Inspired by the beach house lifestyle, the residence proposes a relaxed and contemporary architecture where the indoor-outdoor relationship takes center stage and every space opens to the landscape. Built using the Steel Frame system, the house offers 338 m² of interior space, combining construction efficiency with a warm and natural aesthetic. PVC windows ensure thermal and acoustic comfort, while the pergola and Lapacho wood deck extend the living areas outdoors. Stone cladding details add texture and character, reinforcing the project’s identity.
A proposal that balances design, functionality, and a strong connection to its surroundings.
