The proposal adopts a contemporary architectural language, characterized by clean lines and noble materials, resulting in a sober and balanced aesthetic. The layout revolves around an open social core that brings together the living room, dining area, and integrated kitchen, creating a flexible space for everyday living. Outdoor expansions and galleries accompany the development of the house, functioning as gathering spaces and transitions toward the garden. The private area is organized independently to ensure greater tranquility and privacy for the bedrooms.
