concept
The project is composed of three independent volumes arranged in a “C” configuration, taking advantage of the site's natural slope. This layout creates a central garden that acts as a green lung, optimizing both daylight penetration and cross ventilation throughout the interior spaces. Additionally, this design strategy maximizes views toward the central lagoon of Laguna Escondida, integrating architecture with the natural landscape and enhancing both the environmental quality and visual experience of the home.
