concept
The project consists of a single-story residence articulated through two main volumes with pitched roofs that reinterpret contemporary Nordic architecture. The design is characterized by formal simplicity, combining warm light-toned timber finishes with textured gray cladding, exposed concrete details, and dark metal roofing. The layout is organized around a central entrance that clearly separates the social and private wings.
Social Wing: An integrated living and dining area enhanced by skylights that maximize natural light, a semi-integrated linear kitchen, a spacious playroom facing the front garden, an independent laundry room, and service quarters. Private Wing: Dedicated to rest and privacy, featuring a master suite with a private bathroom and direct access to the gallery, two secondary bedrooms sharing a bathroom, and a guest powder room near the entrance. The design prioritizes outdoor living through an internal courtyard that naturally ventilates circulation areas and a large pergola-covered gallery. This semi-covered space, equipped with outdoor lounge and dining areas, acts as a transition toward the garden and swimming pool, creating a seamless integration between architecture and landscape through generous floor-to-ceiling glazing.
